Item in Exact Online not visible in shop or PIM

To synchronise an item from Exact towards your portal, webshop or PIM system, it needs to meet some conditions:


  • the checkmark "webshop" is set
  • the current date is between the start date and the end date
  • the item has a VAT code
  • the "Sales" checkbox is set.
  • the item must have the status 'Active'
