A customer from Exact is not being imported and cannot activate their account.

There are a few mandatory steps to successfully import a customer from Exact into Vendisto. After this, the customer can activate their account.

The basic requirements are:

  • The relation must be of the type Customer.
  • The customer must be Active.
  • The customer must have an email address in the standard Company Information.
    Example
  • The customer must have at least one complete address (street name, house number, postal code, and city).
    Example
  • If agreed upon: The customer must be added to a specific Relation Classification.
